Our work will support advancements in the field by integrating cutting-edge technologies that include the development of state-of-the-art pumping systems and the implementation of advanced sensors for real-time well monitoring, that will maximize oil and gas production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and minimize environmental impact. By ensuring the success of this endeavor and its implementation, we are poised to guarantee the self-sufficiency of oil and gas in the United States, strengthening its energy security and independence, while also paving the way for export opportunities in foreign and international markets with high and growing demand.
As a Service Company, we are here to help operators monitor, diagnose and optimize their Oil & Gas wells by taking fluid level shots, acquiring dynamometer surveys and Motor Power Analysis Test to determine how is the surface and downhole well’s conditions. We can help operators increase oil production and save money in the field by helping to manage and optimize their producing leases in a non-invasive manner with well analyzer equipment, Echometer. We have great skill in handling and interpreting data with Echometer equipment after having used it for several years performing diagnostics on oil and gas wells. I am Javier Osorio, Director/CEO at 24 Engineering Consultant Services LLC. During more than twenty years, I have acquired recognized and extensive knowledge in different subjects and duties. I worked as an Oil and Gas Production Engineer at PDVSA (Venezuela Oil & Gas Company) since 1998 until 2007 when I began to work at Proyecta CA, (Engineering Consultant Company) as General Manager and Specialist Advisor in Artificial Oil Lift, Automation Process Control, Chemicals and Raw Materials until 2020. I have a Master of Science in Automation Process control Engineering from Rafael Belloso Chacin University (Venezuela), Oil production engineering Diploma from CIED corporation University (Venezuela), and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineer from Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela).
